The November 2014 Issue of The Online Journal of Counseling and Education (TOJCE) is published online. TOJCE in its new interface and further improved design, continues to provide a platform for sharing and acquiring knowledge in the form of high quality empirical and theoretical research papers from all over the world.
In our November issue, there are six articles, four of them are original empirical research studies, one of them is a review article and the latter is a psychometric study. Özkan Çikrikci and his colleagues adapted the Error Oriented Motivation Scale (EOMS) into Turkish. Linda Fälth and colleagues, has explored the effect of self-image on reading development. Saba Yalçin and Inci Açikgöz investigated relationship between personal motivations and general success. Mohtaram Rabbani and colleagues has a paper on the relationship between social support, coping strategies and stress. Lisa Allen and Paula Jean Burns conducted a study on how administrators relate to parents of students with disabilities. William Ross has a review article on the efficacy of web-based counseling with an emphasis on the ethical challenges and therapeutic advantages.
